The eternal quest for form, function, & beauty
Once upon a time . . .
i awoke to the realization that i'd become one of those people, who lives to struggle against the mundane, and strives for beautiful surroundings. It's evident in my home, as well as in my work. I've never cared for trends or contemporary ideals, but instead prefer reinterpretations of vintage aesthetics. Though my main focus is always on effectiveness, ease of use, & economy of motion, my inspiration is often found in old posters, monuments, or in nature. By allowing a thing of beauty to be my starting point, i often wind up with a final product i didn't know that i'd desperately needed, all along.
